  What Program are you using?

  HitFilm Ignite express is meant for other software, like After Effects, etc. All the effects that are in ignite express are already in hitfilm.

  No. Ignite adds Hitfilm effects to programs that are not Hitfilm. Everything in Ignite is already built into Hitfilm.
