Exporting file(can't drag/drop)

Hey dear moderators, staff and users,

I am trying to export a small video, but when i try to drag one of the presets, it will just give me a red stop sign.

This is what i did till now:

I did activate my serial code after the "give activationcode "screen came.Closed down the program and then opened again. Did not get any other emails than the usual installation email.

On the right side of the presets there are some locks with a white color. These are in locked mode, but i am not sure if that is part of the problem.
