Waiting and Waiting
My less then 1 year old, expensive, external audio interface had the op amps on the main out-channles decide to stop working. Just when I got my surround setup working. Been over a month that is been in for repair. Haven't done a thing since I sent it in. Got projects to do.
I could try using the on-board card, but the thought of buying a ton of adapters to change from 1/8" stereo consumer to balanced XLR and then spend the time to rewire really turns me off.....
OH well.....waiting......waiting.....

Good luck, duffman. Don't you hate learning to be patient? I suppose it's good thing. Haven't quite convinced myself of that yet.
Adaptors can lead to a whole litany of audio anomalies too so I don't blame you for not going that route. -
What kind of interface is it?

StormyKnight...it's trying to find something else to do that makes it hard.
Aculag....it's a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40.
