Reinstalling my operating system

Hey guys so I've just reinstalled Windows 7 on my PC to make things faster and smoother and to have a fresh start. It's really great but when I try to open Hitfilm now it says:
'Your video card does not support the minimum requirments.'
But I know it can... I had it installed before..
Help!

What graphics card are you using? Is this a laptop or a desktop? Does it have multiple graphics cards, and perhaps Hitfilm is accessing the wrong one? Did you update the graphics card drivers after doing the re-install?

I am using a desktop - 64 bit.
Intel product discovered the following:
Product Detected: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
Current Driver Installed : 6.1.7600.16385

That's most likely the graphics driver not being installed (as its just called Standard VGA Adapter, and not any specific name), if you didn't manually installed it yourself after the reinstall of win7. Look at the manufacturers site and download the newest driver and you should be good to go.

Yep, I'd say Robin is correct.
For nVidia cards: http://nvidia.com/drivers
For Radeon cards: http://amd.com/drivers

If you can't remember or work out what your GPU is, check out GPUZ for more info:
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
Its a tool that doesn't need to be installed and will give you all the information about your card.
