Hi, it's not bad, if I may feed back. The head lights need to be masked a little, the light on the bonnet just does not look right, for one it is too static. Add a flicker to your lights just subtle to give it the impression of passing over a solid ground maybe?
If you look at car headlights , the beam out of the light needs to be stronger, check out stock footage for reference. Then make the beam it the floor more, unless there is meant to be a lot of air particles (eg fog) which I am not seeing.
Good start.

Ahh, good points, yeah, I tried masking the headlight layer, but it didn't work, so I had to duplicate the car footage and mask that. Yeah flickering would be good, is there an effect I can add that would cause that? Or would I have to manually keyframe it?

Are you Free, Create, Pro or EXPRESS? User it will depend on what you have access to.

@Andy001z Express, I paid for a buncha the stuff though

Looks good!
To make a flicker, the longer way is to key frame opacity, maybe ad a glow and key frame that. The easier way would probably be to apply the film damage flicker effect.
