Not getting premium products

I can't get a response from Support in under 2 -3 days so I'll ask here.

I have paid for the PRO level of access and am still gated in HitFilm.

Any recommendations, other than waiting for a "timely" response from Support?

**I've uninstalled and re-installed, and clicked the upgrade button in HitFilm (and it shows that I have PRO access when I do)

    @PhoenixRich I don't know if this is the same issue I've seen others having, but it might be worth deactivating and reactivating Hitfilm (within Hitfilm).

    To do this go to the top of Hitfilm and select 'File' -> 'Options' -> 'Activation' then select deactivate program. Then sign back in with your FXhome account.
