Can anyone able to create "wasted" effect in gta5 on hitfilm express? I'm struggling to create one

    This is pretty easy.

    To turn your footage black and white apply a Hue/Saturation effect and turn Saturation to 0.

    For the wobbly look apply either a Motion Trails or Echo effect.

    For the translucent bar create a black plane layer, use a rectangular mask to crop it and set its opacity to 25%-50%

    The text is a text layer.
