Hi guys,
I need a an export option where i can render and export videos that are high quality but the same time not too huge that can go to tiktok and instagram and recommendation?

I edit my videos in Pro export. There are tutorials on Youtube, after which you can go to see how to download an excellent video to post on Instagram and Tik Tok.

I copied the FxHome YouTube preset and changed the Height and Width to fit vertical videos.
