What Serial Code do I need for photokey8 registraton?

I am loading photokey8 on one more workstation. The current one is registered with an email that is not in use anymore so I registered with the new email but fxhome is asking for a serial code. What serial code is this that I need to add in as it doesn't excepts the PC serial code? There is no serial code available on the account page and nothing has been emailed.

You'll have to contact Support on that. Expect delay from the Holiday.
You'll want to give them the old email account and the new one. Your forum account and registration are tied to the email used to download the software or create your forum account, so that's why you aren't seeing the serial.
