Hitfilm Express opening then immediately closing

I installed Hitfilm express yesterday and it worked perfectly fine for the first time but when I closed it I could not get it back open I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happened I believe all of my drivers are up to date

System Specs

GeForce RTX 3070

Intel Core I7 10750H @2.6 GHz

32GB Ram

OS - Microsoft Windows 11 Home

Soon to be Renewed Norton Security - currently expired subscription

    @UpriverMitch Most likely this line:

    OS - Microsoft Windows 11 Home

    is the source of your issues. Hitfilm has not been configured to work with Windows 11 as yet. Sorry for the issue. I know others have got it to run but had numerous issues beyond what you describe.
