Video rendering portions of video at different framerates?

Hello,

After updating to the newest version of Hitfilm Express, I've started to run into problems with exporting.

I used a raw video recorded with Shadowplay. I watched the raw video and it had 60fps. I added in a few sounds and cut out portions of the video for my edits.

However, when I exported it, there seemed to always be a time where the preview while exporting looked to slow down a bunch, and it just so happened that in the final exported video, from that moment on, it would turn from 60fps to 30fps really quickly, almost instantly. It was extremely clear that the video changed framerates. This happened at the same point in the video the 4 to 5 times I tried to export it. It was only a 3 minute video.

I have a decent computer, so I am pretty sure it isn't my computer's problems. Here's my specs anyway:

Name: Alienware Aurora R10 Ryzen Edition

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X

GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

RAM: 32gb

OS: Windows 10

Does anyone know why this is happening?
