Anyone notticed that after major update the Denoise effect litterally does nothing?

So I have a Video clean up pack, it`s been good, but ever since the recent updates It doesn`s seem to do anything, videos are still as noisy as without it. It may sound weird, but I can`t fool my eyes. The pack is fully licensed, I checked, just wanted to know if someone has similar problem

Are you sure you have your Playback Settings adjusted correctly?

oh hey Film Sensei! Yes, I also check in pause mode, on/off the Denoise effect

@HitFilmEnthusiast I just tested it on my end (HitFilm Pro 2021.1) and it works as expected.
