Some might consider that a "darksaber" tutorial for a "mandalorian" themed tutorial is a bit of a spoiler!
@TheBenNorris That is true, but since it has been out for a year in the US and 7 months in the UK, if you haven't seen it by now, you probably aren't that interested.

@FilmSensei I saw your Transition video and liked it so got me to thinking do you know of any other places to get preset transition for free?

@usafdummy You can create your own custom made "transition presets" that can operate within a Composite Shot, however, the standard transitions that are found in HitFilm that work on the Editor Timeline cannot be altered into new transition presets.

@FilmSensei Yes, Justin did a heck of a job figuring out how to do that AE Stroke Reveal effect in Hitfilm, and you explained it beautifully.
BTW: Just watched S2E6 of The Mandalorian and OMG! It is the best episode to date. Absolutely perfect!

@tddavis Actually, nope! I just whipped that together in about ten minutes, rendered it, thought it looked good, and closed HitFilm without even saving it. 😀
I was just playing around and I thought, I bet Greg would like this... so I uploaded it to Youtube and posted it to his thread.
