[FEATURE] Second, independent VIEWER WINDOW
It would be great to have a second, independent viewer window to be able to edit one Composite Shot and see the changes in the master CS at the same time.
This would improve workflow veeeery much without going into a secondary CS, changing anything and going back to master CS to see changes. And again, and again, and again...
And it could work somethink like this: changing active viewer window (first/second) would switch to the appropriate timeline.
Do you agree with me?

If it helps, you can use the "Pin" in the controls panel to pin the controls from Comp A, then switch to Comp B (the parent) or the editor timeline, and you can edit the pinned controls and see how it affects the parent.

Unfortunatelly it works only in Editor tab, not in Comps :/

That definitely should not be the case, the controls panel works in both the comp and the editor. If you are unable to pin something in the comp, then please make a new thread in support about this so we can look into it.

To be clear - controls panel works fine, but when i "Publish" anything, i see it pinned under Behavior only in editor tab , not in Comps. It has been that way from the very beginning of this feature. And as i use Editor only to final render whole project, i find it useless :/

You don't need to publish, the process I'm talking about just involves the following:
Comp A [ Layer A ]
Comp B [ Comp A, some effects etc]
In Comp A, select Layer A, and click the tiny pin at the top of the controls panel.
Switch back to Comp B, Layer A should still be pinned, even though it's not directly in Comp B.
Change the opacity of Layer A in the controls panel, this should propagate into Comp B, and update the render there too.
I could be completely misunderstanding the issue however, but this should be a suitable workaround.

Ok, this is something i haven't seen. It could do the trick in some way :)
Thank you very much :)
