Due to copyright reasons I wanted to score my own show, so here is a draft I have,
It honestly kind of hammers my ears and not in a good way.
@spyresca Thanks for the feedback and honesty!
It's very dissonant. The drums are off beat with the rest of the instruments. Npo cohesion in the piece at all. The start also sounds more like the start of an old 80's slasher flick than a sci-fi space opera.
Depending on the theme or feel something like:
@EvilDaystar I would rather right my own music, so I'll look into more musical writing tutorials (All I know is Percussion, and I still got off beat!)
By the way, I want it to sound like a sci-fi/western, like "Back to the Future Part lll" or "The Mandalorian"
Yeah I hear it now, this is defiantly a draft, I'll start from scratch
@GeorgeFilm Very Good!! love the mix of Mandalorian and Darth Vader!
@Premiere_Studios Thank You! The show is about clones in the clone wars, so I wanted to put some Empire vibes in there!
It was scary...

@ozhanco Georgefilm is correct. I have removed the suspicious link at the bottom of your post. Please demonstrate that you are not a bot by responding to my request.
@GeorgeFilm I see what you're trying to do and it's not a bad attempt.
I know nothing about music scoring but I don 't think the piano works. Perhaps a couple of notes but, if you're using digital music, maybe change to strings? I can see a Cello and violin working.
I try to avoid a repetitive drumbeat although it might be good to match it to a heartbeat? If you want to keep drums then maybe have something a little more like and Irish drum or battle drum. Maybe starting low and slow, increasing in volume & pace then a quick drop off.
Maybe make the tune different enough to give it your own spin but familiar enough Always tricky.
Whenever I need advice on music I go to Gustaf...

@DafterThings I'll check him out, thanks!
@GeorgeFilm Honestly, I caught the Mandalorian theme you had going on, but I agree the piano was too prominent. There is a great Mando cover done by Nicholas Yee (sp?) on Youtube on the cello that is great. You might want to give it a listen to see if cello would work better for you.
@tddavis I'll try it!
