Nice stuff! I had this type of effect on my tutorial list a long time ago, but put it off in favor of other things. One thing I added in mine was the Shake effect, limiting it to only vertical shake, and keeping it pretty snappy, but low intensity. That emulates the way the image tracking wavers while fast-forwarding.

I actually realised this morning I used one of @FilmSensei’s tracking videos whilst editing my last short I posted recently... sometimes I worry about my memory 😢😂 I still need to catch up on plenty and give some of them a go myself. Looking forward to getting stuck in.

Watching that reminded me of doing exactly the same thing with the Ampex ADO DVE back in the day. I remember hitting the keyframe button twice would cause the effect to overshoot. Did a lot of car spots with 2.9% financing flying out, overshooting and popping into place.
