Evacuation sound effect

I was wondering where can i find or make an evacuation sound effect with an announcer. the evacuation would be for a city or a large area because of a potential storm or poisonous gas approaching any tips

@Hitfilmer4196673 Did a quick search and found this site with a passable siren sound on the third page almost at the bottom, "Long Wailing Air Raid":

If you use Audacity to edit so the middle part isn't so long you could get the run up and wind with a much short tone in the middle then record someone saying the warning message you want and tweak it with effects to blend them together. Hope this is what you are looking for.
