All about depth maps?
I use iClone which doesn't have many output options, but I can fake a depth map. I know I can use it for depth of field, but what are all the other cool things I can use depth maps for?

I was messing with lighting a little, volumetric lighting using the depth map worked pretty well. IClone also doesn't have the best lighting effects, so this is pretty helpful. A how, if anyone has depth map tips and tricks I would love to learn them, I want to get the most out of the depth maps since it looks like I will be making them regularly.
