Photo collage problem

I am making a photo collage with 120 photos. Now the problem is when I add them into the timeline they are automatically 5 sec long, I would want 4 sec. I know I can change it with the "rate stretch tool" but is there any faster way to do it?

Go into the File menu and click Options. In the Options menu is a setting for default photo length. Change that to 4 seconds.
