I just got Vegas pro 15 with the plug in bcc image restoration for a price of $199.

OK, let me just put my detective hat on....
Right... I put it to you that it was in the library, with the lead pipe that you upgraded from the Humble Bundle version of VP 14 to VP 15 Pro, which includes the Boris Continuum Image Restoration pack for a total of $199.
With the $20 you spent on the Humble Bundle deal you saved a total of $499-$199-$20 = $280.
You could have got Vegas Pro Edit 15 as an upgrade for $149, if you didn't want the New Blue Filters Ultimate, the Hitfilm Movie Essentials and the Vegas DVD Architect. I think I've got most of those from previous installations of Sony/Vegas Movie Studio, but you should be very happy with it. -
As i'd noted in another thread, I have friends who did the Humble Bundle, then upgraded to 15 for the $$$ savings.

@Triem23 I know that the bluefx filters were included but i dont see them in vegas pro 15 (its andersen01498 here btw)

@Andersen01498 I'm assuming you got a set of keys and download instructions for all the addon packs, so download and install them, or contact Magix and ask them where they are?
