Link does not work for me. I tried to also download from your YouTube page. Still not working. First link gives "Forbidden", second link gives "404".

@DataDesign Strange the second on worked for me yesterday?? I can dropbox them is you'd like. BTW, just clicked the link again and it downloaded them again. It doesn't open a page or anything just automatically downloads them.

Right you are! It worked for me and I can see that it downloaded with the (2) at the end, so it must have done it before. Like you say, it gives no indication that it is working. :-) I only know because I checked my downloads list in my browser.
