Intel graphics laptop not supported?

When I try to run the program, I get this message:

Using Geeks3D GPU Caps Viewer gives me this:
Now... correct me if I am wrong, but it appears to me that the OpenGL and the OpenGLSL meet/exceed the requirements? Am I missing something? I attempted to see if I could download an update both through Windows Update and through Intel itself. Both gave me nothing.

What is the actual model of the graphics card for the laptop? It should be listed under the 'GPU' tab. It is possible that the card is simply not powerful enough, at least until the software is optimized.

Hopefully you'll be able to explain, because it's Greek to me.

I'm not very well-versed in graphics cards, but that box where it says Mem size: 0MB could be an issue. Minimum spec for HitFilm calls for 512 MB of GPU memory, so if your card doesn't have any dedicated memory, that would be a problem. But like I said, I don't know that much about graphics cards, and I could be reading that wrong.

The Intel GMA 4500HD isn't a graphics card made for doing anything serious in 3D like playing modern computer games or running any software which makes heavy use of the GPU like HitFilm. Unfortunately it is below our minimum specification at this time.

I had the same problem and error message when attempting to install on my Samsung R710. After installing new Intel graphics driver's from Samsung's website I did atleast get HitFilm to install but it runs incredibly slow. All my other graphics and editing software run fine and pretty nippy considering so it was a bit disappointing.
I can install on my higher spec desktop but it's just not as convenient. Looks like that's what I will have to do though for the time being.
