Why isn't it possible to set a negative orientation in the transform tab?
Orientation is an "Absolute" value, and, while it can be keyframed, it is NOT intended to be animated. If you animate Orientation, it wil always move the shortest value between keyframes. Orientation is to point an object/camera/light on frame 1. Rotation X/Y/Z are for animation.
Hitfilm 2 allowed negative Orientation. People were animating Orientation then being confused by its behavior. I think FXHOME took out negative Orientation in 3 to encourage people to use the (proper) Rotation controls.
