Made an accidental second purchase (answered)
i am very happy to have purchased this product but for some reason i was double billed and charged for 2 versions HitFilm 3 Pro
(Contains: HitFilm 3 Pro,
HitFilm 2015 January Pack)
I have tried to contact sales and put in a ticket but can anyone else from this company possibly help me on this issue. I have used one serial number for my purchase and then i noticed i was charged 2 times and have 2 serial numbers. Anyways i am new to this product and i hope sincerly the issue as to being charged 2 times can be solved . lol, I am a person who worries so i hope this situation can be solved quickly . ! !

@jaikez - we have now refunded your accidental 2nd purchase. The refund could take up to 7 days to appear in your account, but it's on its way.
