Issue with perpetual license
I purchased a perpetual license last year, and I don’t intend on refreshing it right now, but my account is being forced into a free trial and I’ve lost access to all of the effects, and cannot switch the software back to my Pro license, how would I get this addressed? I should mention that I am still running the version that my license expired on, and haven’t updated it. So the pro should still be usable.

Hi,
your account should still have this old licence still on your account. Make sure you are logged into Fxhome with the email account you used for the perpetual licence.
Head to https://account.fxhome.com/my-account/plans-products
Then you should see something like
Hope that helps.

yes, I did. The issue is that right above it is a free trial that keeps forcing itself on every time I launch the software. It’s overwriting the perpetual. I try to deactivate the free trial, but it just throws itself back in when I log into the software.

@gray Please put in a support ticket. Even if this gets sorted here (which is a user forum) the support staff should be aware of these issues. https://fxhome.com/support
Oh boy! I see they have radically changed the support page. However, the answer may be in there somewhere. Looks like there are a lot of commonly answered questions answered there.
If there is no help at all the FAQ listings you can contact support directly here- https://help.fxhome.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
