hitfilm lagging
hi there i've been using hitfilm express 15 for a couple of years now from time to time and it has always woked great but today when i came to edit a video it started lagging crazy when i try to watch the video in the viewer part of the screen everything works good exept when i try to watch in viewer what i edited and im using the same settings and the same computer and the same video format mp4 as always but im having like 2-3 fps in the viewer idk if it will back to normal 30 fps if i export my prodject but its impossible to edit like this someone plz help me
i dont have the best computer but it has always woked and everything works great like slicing and editing but viewing what i have done in viewer laggs outs like hell

What are your system specs? Has your computer had any updates recently? What antivirus software do you use?
