Denoiser not working on older Intel HD (answer)

Whenever I apply the denoise effect to my shot the screen turns black and it says "Failed to initialize shaders". If there is any way to fix this that'd be great!

I should also add that when I click Analyze Hitfilm crashes. :-/
What's your system specs? Windows/Mac, CPU, GPU, etc ?
All GPU drivers up to date?
These are just some of the questons FXHome will want to know
I have Windows 7, my cpu is Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU B950 @ 2.10GHz 2.10GHz
I have 4 GB of RAM and my driver version is 8.15.10.2712
My GPU is Intel(R) HD Graphics
I had an update not too long ago so I think everything is up to date.
Can you be more specific on the GPU ? 3000? 4000? or whatever?
Many effects depend heavily on the GPU. Knowing the specific model number helps.
If the GPU is simply "Intel HD Graphics", then it is below the requirements for HitFilm. HitFilm 3 Pro requires the Intel HD 4000 or higher.
I don't know if it is 3000 or 4000 but I have 1760 MB of memory if that helps.
@AxelWilkinson
Ok, thanks. It's just wierd that everything else works fine for me except for the denoise effect.
HitFilm 3 Pro doesn't support the HD 3000, but it may still work in some cases. We highly recommend using the software on a machine that meets the minimum specs.
