Trying to cancel HitFilm Pro subscription renewal

On 11th November (last Friday) I received an email from FXhome saying my monthly subscription to HitFilm Pro was going to be renewed automatically in 14 days.

However, I want to stop subscribing.

According to the FAQ section at fxhome .com, you have to contact customer support at least 14 days before renewal in order to cancel it.

So, I immediately contacted [email protected] .com and [email protected] .com asking for the renewal to be canceled. The emails were sent on Friday, 11th November, 11:50am and 12am.

So far, no reply. Should I be worried? Are there any other steps I can take to cancel?
