Micro nudging audio?

Is it not possible to make tiny movements to the audio? My audio is 1ms out and it just about shows and without micro adjustments I don't see any other way to match up the sound.

Hitfilm can only shift audio on frame boundaries. For millisecond resolution shifting you'll need a dedicated audio app.
