Exporting In Image Sequencer Caused Mac Version to Repeatedly Crash
Hello HitFilm 3 Pro team,
Hardware: Mid 2014 Macbook Pro - Processor: 2.5 GHz Quad Intel Core i7 - Memory:16GB 1600 MHz DDR3 - Graphics: Nividia GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Nature of the Issue: I was adding style effects to an image I had on my computer and decides to export it a an image through the image sequencer. As I did not want thousand of images I made the content area 2 frames long. I then exported and HitFilm 3 Pro 'Quit Unexpectedly'. How ever the two frames had rendered to the chosen export location. I then tried waht I did again with another photo, keeping the content area to two frams and the application quit again, so this repeatedly happens.
To replicate the process I am sure you will do fine copying the basic explanation above, I will keep and eye on this post if you need any more information.
Thanks for the awesome software and good luck perfecting it,
Bryn

Sorry you are having trouble with the software.
As your MacBook does have GPU auto-switching then please make sure it is forced to use the better GPU as this feature is quite problematic in lots of cases.
Please do keep us updated on any progress.
Thanks,
Ady
@Ady Not sure if any staff saw the latest discussion I started (http://hitfilm.com/forum/discussion/5875/hitfilm-3-pro-mac-problems#latest), but I'm having the same issue both in HF2 and HF3. What's weird is that I'm on a 2013 iMac with only one GPU, so I know it's not caused by GPU switching (at least in my case).
