Upgraded from 2021 to 2022, why is 1080p+ a premium feature?!
I was using the 2021.3 update until today when I updated to the 2022.2 update.
I use it to export game clips at 4k to share with friends, however, I've now just found out that anything above 1080p is now a "premium" feature and they slap their ugly watermark on it.
Please tell me what is up with this insane change and what I can do to export in 4k without joining a toxic subscription-based service.
This was the best free editing software around imo, but with this change of them getting more and more greedy, I don't think I'll be able to recommend it anymore if they don't change.

Your current options are stay on 2021.3 or pick a subscription tier. shrug
"Why?" IMHO a bad decision was made.

Well Youtube decided a few weeks back to put a paywall on 4k videos, but it looks like they have decided not to implement it long term. I can't see it staying at 1080p for long, not given the amount of content being recorded in 4k.
