HitFilm Express was discontinued so you won't be able to buy add-on packs anymore. However, you can download the latest HitFilm and subscribe to the Creator or Pro tiers, which are the ones you'll need to use the 'Auto Volumetrics' effect (note it's 'Auto' not 'Audio').
