Not getting premium products
I can't get a response from Support in under 2 -3 days so I'll ask here.
I have paid for the PRO level of access and am still gated in HitFilm.
Any recommendations, other than waiting for a "timely" response from Support?
**I've uninstalled and re-installed, and clicked the upgrade button in HitFilm (and it shows that I have PRO access when I do)
