help keeping a 3d model still when tracked.
Hello good people,
I'm practising inserting 3d models using the tracking on hit film pro. Its all going well but the model is still moving a little as the camera pans up from the ground.
Do I need to fine tune the tracking more? I have uses 1 and 2 points but see m to be stuck.
Link to small video attached.
Thanks to all.

With a simple tracker, there is no way for a three-dimensional object to follow motion in three-dimensional space. At a minimum, you need a planar tracker, which is not available in HitFilm or a 3D camera tracker.
You could possibly get it with Motion Track Behaviour, but you have to carefully pick the points and the right moment.

Use Camera tracker. Once you have the Pro version, you have two options: Mocha Camera Tracker and Foundry 3D Camera Tracker

Hi, great start. If your using the point tracker, did you track the rotation as well. All it takes is a tiny bit of rotation to cause movement. I'm out at the moment so have a look at this vid and see if your missing anything.

I think your anchor point settings are off. Try adjusting anchor point in the 3d model settings.
Nice job , keep at it..

Thank you to all who suggested help, I'm going to have to sit down and have another go. And get some extra bits of software too.
Thanks again
