Change Playback Volume Without Changing Video Volume?

I'm running HitFilm Express 2021.3 on MacOS Big Sur 11.6.2

When I'm editing with headphones the volume of the video playback in HitFilm is too loud, even with the computer volume turned as low as it can go. I know how to change the volume of clips on the timeline, but I want to know if I can turn the volume down for HitFilm itself, so all audio it plays is more quiet. Is this possible and how do I do it?

Hi,

you can adjust the master audio in the audio mixer. Or you can just grab the Master audio line and move it down to the desired audio.
