"You have less video memory than Imerge Pro supports"
In the last few days i saw this message for the first time in my Desktop computer when i opened Imerge. I recently updated the Nvidia driver (Oktober update). Just wanted to inform you. Perhaps there are other users here with the same experience.

Hi @Proteas could I get you to open Imerge and hit Ctrl+Shift+D. This will bring up a window with lots of information that could be useful for debugging this. Could you either paste that information here, or open a support ticket with that information?
Thanks, and sorry you're having problems

Hi @Proteas it looks like updating to the latest driver has caused your card to report very slightly less than 4GB of memory (about 0.3MB lower). As this is such a small difference you can probably just ignore the dialog (you could check the "dont' tell me again" box) and hopefully it will be fixed in a future driver update. The difference in memory is very small so I doubt it will cause any issues.

I understand now. So you saw this through these information.
What about my Laptop? I had (and still have) a similar problem for years.
I bought this particular model back in 2018 because i wanted to install Imerge and this model had 2GB extra gfx memory, as required. But despite that fact, i got a similar message about memory and i am not sure if i understood what the FxHome support told me about. I then ignored this message and now i can't make that window appear, in order to tell you exactly what was the message. Imerge doen't work propesrin my Laptop and so i use it extremely rare there because there are issues (i avoid to report them now, because i don't remember which of them could be related to the memory issue). Could you anyway evaluate the available amount of my Laptop's memory as you did with my Desktop compi?

Hi @Proteas once again your laptop is reporting very slightly under 2GB (something like 1.9999). Thanks for reporting this, I'll add a task to improve when to show this dialog to our internal systems.

I too am experiencing the same issue. I'm running a Win 10, desktop, and a 1050ti with 4gig and latest NVidia Game Ready Driver - 496.49

@jstuartj thanks for the info, it's something we hope to fix in a future release
