Cancelled Exported Video File Being Left Open PC (SOLVED)

I've noticed that if you cancel a export (on PC) the export file is left open (0kb). In the past the file was removed if not completed.
This behavior does not exist on the Mac.
Anyone else notice this?

Just tried it. Don't see it. PC.
I tried it two ways. Both started with queuing the export first. One export was queued. No file after cancel. Export was to the Hitfilm "MP4" export type (aka AVC in an MP4 container).
- Started the export.
- Clicked suspend.
- Then cancelled the suspended export.
- Started the export.
- Cancelled the running export item. (right click)

@GrayMotion Nope. I don't see it either on my PC.
Start the export, hit Delete (to Cancel) - then the pop up appears asking me if I want to cancel. Note the checkbox that asks to never see the pop up in the future. Leave the checkbox unchecked. Select Yes (to cancel), then the screen message in the queue window says "Canceling" and the job is removed from the queue.
The other option is to right click on the job while is is rendering, get the pop up and select Suspend. At that point the job says "Suspended" but remains in the queue.

Thanks for verifying this gents.
I made the mistake of installing the update over version 16 instead of preforming a fresh install.
I uninstalled and re-installed. Problem cured.
Thank you.
