HD Video recording becomes blurry once importat

I have a OBS mp4 recording with follwing settings

the video looks hd(dont know if the quality is showing the screenshot corect but for me it is 1:1 same quality as display) :

but once exported with following settings:

it looks like this :

really blurry and im not sure why. I read that mp4 isnt the best format but so much quality loss cant be normal? The footage is in 2k format and the hitflm is in the same resolution so i also cant be stretched ?
