[ENHANCEMENT] Add SVG files

Some files I received from client are SVG for very odd reasons, VEGAS Images seems cant recognize the file.

Photoshop can open this file easily.

Even some free/open source video editors (and little used (ha!) programs like MS Office) can handle .svg effortlessly. Not Hitfilm tho'.
