Love the tree cut effect, really nice. Only thing that slightly spoils the effect is the shatter all being behind the actor, mask around the legs maybe?

I'd love to see a breakdown! One comment is to make the secondary lighting effect from the aurora a little more evident on the trees/ground near the effect. I think it's there, but it was a bit hard to see.
Also, throwing some displacement on your particle layer, and maybe some camera shake/lens dirt might help to sell the effect.
