[ENHANCEMENT] Ability to keyframe "Speed" attribute of Shake Effect

note: I'm talking about ignite pro but it also applies to Hitfilm.

I would like to have the possibility to change the speed of the ignite shake effect. Indeed, it is currently impossible to set it to make a nice shake effect with a progressive speed.

So, I would like to implement keyframes for this effect.
