Normalize & Balance Audio Levels

Is there a way to Normalize & Balance Audio Levels?

@bobmarley079079 Under the Audio heading in the Effects panel are multiple Audio controls. Balance is one of them. However, there is no Normalization effect. But Compressor and Equalizer could probably get you close (These two require add-on packs if you're on Express).

You will need to wash your audio through a dedicated audio editing program. Audacity is a free one that I use and it has Normalization as a built-in effect.
