Hitfilm crashing

HitFilm crashed when I opened back into the project I was working on and clicked on the tool and it crashed. Tried again a few more times and it still did that. Updated HitFilm and it's still doing it. Anyone know why?

One thing that does happen, if you are on Windows, is that the automatic updates will roll back your Video Card Drivers. Try installing the most current driver for your video card directly from the manufacturer. But in order to give you a correct answer, please post your system specs here. That is your operating system, CPU, GPU, memory size, video card manufacturer, SSD if you have one, hard drive size and anything else you have on your system such as dual monitors, touch pads, drawing tablets.
