How to create a dashed line in Hitfilm express

Hi all,

I just want to know how to create a dashed line in Hitfilm Express. Of course I could just insert one as an image from e.g. MS PowerPoint but I am wondering whether this is also directly possible just using Hitfilm Express.

I'd appreciate every comment.

@vanny_f Not sure exactly what you are going to use it for so this may or not work: Try using the text tool and either use the underscore or dash placing a space between each one for about 4 spaces then copy and paste at will. You can then adjust the spacing up or down using the line control marked with the two-headed arrow found below in the text panel. Hope that does what you are after.
