Chromenator Effect won't apply

Hey Guys,
Today I wantet to make a simple video with a tank and a explosion.
At fist the Chromakey (Chromenator) Effect worked and I applyied it on the explosion video it worked very good.
But since then it never worked again, I can apply other effects ! just this one wont work.
Can someone help me ?.
