[ENHANCEMENT] Particle Sim: parent Deflectors/Forces to Point Layers
Parenting deflectors and forces to point layers would make certain animations easier.
Consider this old Hitfilm 2 test by Mark Edwards...
In this case the White Star is static while the entire particle sim had to have Speed assigned to the particles that more or less matched the camera move. In short, the ship is static and everything moves around it.
Being able to parent the varied deflectors and forces used to a point would have allowed the sim to be a static cloud while the ship (and its forces and deflectors) to move through it.
