AV Out of Sync

Thank you for all the help with my previous questions.

I have an MP4 video that I am importing into my project. When I play it outside of HitFilm Express all is well. When I import the clip the audio and video are out of sync. Does this happen for a reason that I can prevent?

Probably Variable Frame Rate and will need transcode to Constant Frame Rate. Install Mediainfo and post a tree report here to doublecheck. How to use here: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=mediainfo+how+to
