DUNE-ish... my try at the Dune tutorials

First I'd like to thank @FilmSensei and @zach_alan for the constructive and inspiring discussion we had that made me get to this point π₯
So it is what it is at my level π
FXhome and Youtube tutorials and VFX that helped me make this:
Create the sandworm mesh by @zach_alan
Bones and animations by Grant Abbitt
Create a dunes scene by Maffa
Dune movie title by @JavertValbarr
Sand Dust particles VFX by Tech Library
And voilΓ , here it is π :

Hey, nice work! That's a great scene for just getting started.
I think the biggest thing that would improve the Sandworm shot would be to have the worm animation continue for the whole shot. Right now it stops moving entirely for the last 3 seconds, so some subtle movement there would go a long way. It also seems like the framerate of the worm render doesn't match your footage. Did you slow down the Sandworm render to make it last longer?
I'm glad to see you stuck with it and came out with a cool Dune scene!

Great job @RikVargard!

@RikVargard Your Dune-ish is Cool-ish! Very nice. I like it!

@RikVargard Very nice! DO my deceive me or do you have the sand worm exhale on the beat of crescendo and kick up a sand plume. If so, that was a super nice touch, and if one of those happy little accidents kudos to you.

Nice work!

@zach_alan Hey, thanks for the feedback! And yep, you spotted it all haha! It's at the end that I realized I filmed myself @50fps, animated the worm @24fps and edited the movie in Hitfilm @30fps...π I couldn't go back to Blender because I've been testing and trying so many things that the whole scene got messed up beyond repair and I got lost π ... I didn't slow down the movement in editing (made a slow animation in Blender) ... I think I could've cut sooner. Well, "learn and move on", right? π
@FilmSensei Thank you very much!
@Stargazer54 Haha, thank you very much-ish!
@tddavis Thanks, and yes, the sand plume, that I added, and yes again the exhale thing is one of those pure lucky editing moments!
@Triem23 Thanks, man!
