3d logo with water dripping from it

Basically am doing an intro where my logo pops up after a lighting strike happens and its rainy weather is there a way i can make my 2d logo 3d on express and make water drip from it

I don't think so. Making the 2d logo 3d ... maybe. Certainly with BorisFX but that's an add on.
Fluid simulation? I don't think Atomic Particles can do that and even then that's not part of Express unless you get the add-on.
Maybe render that out in Blender instead.
