(Answered) Hitfilm Express 15 only flashes white screen then closes.
Hello everyone, I am having a problem with the newest HitFilm Express on November 23rd 2020. When I first downloaded the software it had no trouble, worked perfectly fine. Then when I closed it and not even 5 seconds later I tried to open it again, it just flashes a white screen then closes. It's not running in the background either, can anyone help?

Graphics card: GTX 1070 SC
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Ram: XPG D60G 32 GB 3600 Mgh
Motherboard: Asrock X370 Killer SLI
Storage: Sabrent Rocket Q 1TB M.2 SSD (2x)
Sandisk - Extreme 500GB External SSD

Ive never heard of a flashing white screen before. But normally its the driver if something is crashing without an error.
Sometimes it keeps something alive, like the render client. Perhaps something similar is happening here?
Does rebooting your PC fix it or are you able to replicate the issue?

Hello everyone, I was communicating with the FX Staff and they figured out that the problem was an antivirus that I had on my computer that I don't even know how it got there. It is called SAntiVirusService or Seguzaro. I had to go to it's file location and delete it using the uninstaller that came with the application, then they told me to re-install Hitfilm and I was good to go.
